The website is run by Content to come: registered company name and address, the AI technology company of the Soil-In group ("soilin.ai", "we", "us").

These terms cover the website only. Any service we provide, such as an assessment, pilot or ongoing operation, is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

The website describes our services, platform and plans in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote or professional agronomic, engineering or financial advice. Scope, price and results for any project are set out only in a written proposal or agreement.

Some content describes work that is planned or in progress. In particular:

• The planned API is not yet available and may change before release.
• The live feed on the home page is a simulation with generated values, not data from a real greenhouse.
• Places marked "Content to come" are placeholders for information we have not yet published.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that every part of it is complete, current or free of errors.

Images on this site are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of Soil-In sites, crops or equipment. They show the kind of work we do and should not be read as a record of a specific project.

The text, design, illustrations, logos and code on this website belong to us or our licensors. The Soil-In and soilin.ai names and logos are our brand marks.

You may view, print and share pages for your own reference or to discuss working with us. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people's data.
• Disrupt the site, for example with malware, excessive automated requests or attacks on its availability.
• Send false, misleading or abusive information through the contact form.
• Scrape the site in bulk or use its content to build a competing product.

If you find a security issue, please tell us through the contact page rather than testing it further.
