The problem

Field surveys are slow and expensive, and remote landowners need to trust numbers they cannot see in person.

Who it is for

Land networks, managed-farming operators and the Soil-In landowner platform.

What you get

  • Site scoring from satellite and public geospatial layers
  • State-wise legal gate checklist (reviewed by counsel)
  • Ranked shortlist for field surveys
  • Owner dashboard with yields, costs and share
  • Monthly statements generated from operating data

How it works

  1. Register

    Owner adds location and records.

  2. Screen

    Remote scoring with reasons shown.

  3. Survey

Field team visits top sites only.

  4. Report

Owners see the numbers, every month.

Data it uses

Land location and records, satellite imagery, water and access layers, and greenhouse operating data.

How the data platform works

Questions

Do you have customer results yet?

Not yet. Our test greenhouse is being built and instrumented. We will publish results only once they are measured and verified.

Does the AI control my greenhouse on its own?

No. An industrial controller with hard-wired safety interlocks runs the equipment. The AI proposes set-points; people approve them until the system has earned trust over a full crop cycle.

Who owns the data?

Commercial and data terms are set out in each agreement. Our default position is that growers own their operating data. Final terms are to come.
